Support To Entrepreneurial Context

Besides supporting individual enterprises and new entrepreneurs, Euroimpresa, has also the objective to collect resources and competencies around shared development projects.
This activity implies:

  • The active involvement of local operators  who can provide an added value in terms of knowledge and know-how. These are namely: Professional Associations, Universities, Research and Excellence Centers, Unions, Chambers of Commerce, Public Institutions, Training Institutes and so on;
  • The detection of new strategic factors that could value at their best the points of strength in constituting local production systems;? (non mi è chiaro il concetto)
  • The development of active collaboration between productive systems and support structures so  to promote joint development.

INNOVATION POINT
One of the main goals for a territory is the production increase. This can be the result of collaboration among entrepreneurs, Excellence Centers, Universities and Research Institutes.
It is therefore of great importance to create conditions by which innovation can be fed by research, qualified workforce availability and suitable technology transfer processes.
The local production environment is mainly constituted of small and medium enterprises which, due to  their nature, are not very capable of large investments. It is therefore necessary that other structures contribute to the creation and protection of innovative factors that are present in SMEs production processes.

Acting in  this scenario Euroimpresa has devised a project called Polo Innovazione (link su scheda progetto), through which a collaboration with Tecnocity Knowledge Centers has been formalized and strengthened starting from 2006. The goal of the project is to facilitate SMEs’ access to key competencies in innovation and knowledge transfer so to breed a new generation of entrepreneurs who will create work places and added value enterprises in their turn. The new challenge  is now to collaborate with other knowledge centers, so that Innovation Point can become a factor of growth in the area. This can be done by promoting:

  • Technology transfer
  • Research and Development
  • High level training

DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES NETWORKS
Euroimpresa is in the marketplace as an entity that can promote, manage and support Enterprise Networks. All these subjects, according to a model that could be replicated in many production sectors, represent the future of the competitive development of the territory.
The current economic situation asks to overcome any individualistic approach to entrepreneurship and to start enterprise collaboration enhancing advantages for participating industries.
As a matter of fact a network can take on economic weight depending on its dimension, provided that it can grant:

  • the capability of directly interface Institutions, thus lobbying more aggressively its needs;
  • easier access to funding sources;
  • facilitated interface with banking system;
  • easier implementation of innovative processes;
  • grater capability of control on the final product quality;
  • better national and international visibility.

The ability to structure and manage such networks comes from the tight relationships that Euroimpresa has developed in its 10 years activity with Entrepreneurial Associations, both at territorial and regional level. A recent example of this is the Metadistretto per l’Energia - “Energy Cluster”, which was built in the Electromechanical and Energy sector.
This certainly represents an added value for the territory and for enterprises, which are the final users of a development and growth plan involving different powers aimed to attain common objectives.
